This volume examines the concept of ethnic domination and its manifestations in Israel (within Green Line) Estonia. Ethnic is a method managing differences multiethnic contexts through asymmetrical power relations, accordance with an ethnonationalist ideology, whereby group subordinated to another holding power, albeit not intent directly eliminate subaltern.
